I ordered the Ultra Shield Screen Protector for iPad Pro 2024. However the 12.9" Ultra Shield Screen Protector was sent instead. Naturally it did not fit my screen.

Don't expect a refund as hidden cost of having to pay for postage costs more than the order itself. The reason for not being happy with the item is the fact that it was not as advertised, being for the iPad 12.9“ and not for the new iPad Pro 13“ model.

I asked for a refund, but I was told to pay for the return shipping myself which costs more than I would have had. I then asked support team for an explanation.

Their response was "Each of our product models has a note of the year and the model size it is compatible with. The iPad Pro 13 is in production. It will arrive at the end of July."

Benks support then checked with their product center they stated that The product is usable, and stated for me to open and use it and that the product does not need to be returned. This is untrue.

I explained and provided screenshots that the screen protector was too small meaning that Banks product team did not give factual information.

Finally support decided to send out the correct product when it becomes available.

The only reason for giving a 2 star review was that support team offered to send out the new item. Now I am waiting for the 13" to be sent out.

But unlike other vendors, buyers need to be aware that you will need to pay for postage in case you want a refund.
