[Grand Combo] ArmorGrid Air Obsidian Black Case built with Kevlar® for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra

Fold 8 Ultra Case is 2 parts... the back part holds, feels, and looks great! HOWEVER...
The front case fell off immediately.

Since the phone is so thin, the case only actually sticks to 3 sides (not the hinge side) and the hinge Protector is so strong, when unfolding the phone, it actually pushed up that front cover.

Resulting in the case popping off the morning after I put it on...
you would need A LOT of sticky tabs if you have to reapply that every day.

This is a very sleek, stylish, and minimalistic phone case for my Fold 8 Ultra. I love the look and even the hinge cover! I think it uses magnets. Whatever the design is, it definitely works. The only drawback is that this is expensive for a phone case.

🔥 One of the best Galaxy Z Fold 8 cases I’ve tried so far!

I have been a Pitaka case customer for many years with my Samsung Flips, but I was convinced to buy Benks for my new Fold 8. It is absolutely the best and I am hapoy to make the change. Great fit, protection and design. I am now a convert for sure.

Absolutely loved the armour air case for my fold 7, and the fold 8 is no different, I even appreciate the subtle logo addon to the spine hinge and the opposite edge, nice, tasteful. The screen protector tool is unfortunately primitive, even with the admittedly large sticker, dust still got on after everything as the screen is still exposed to the air while you fiddle and peel off the protector, unfortunately had to waste the protector, and the case to most might be... quite expensive.

For $120 with Grand Air Combo for Samsung Z Fold 8 Ultra, I expected a little more quality control Perhaps, I received defected unit, but I can’t be sure.

After the install right out of the box, there appears some obvious quality issues:
1. The frame side appears to be longer or thicker at top and bottom, making it uneven with the back frame sides.
2. The back-cover at bottom and top near hinge cover have a big gap when compared to the frame cover. It seems like the back-cover and front frame are made from different factories.
3. There is no adhesive at top and bottom of face frame included. Thus, there are pockets that allow dust to settle underneath.

Why isn’t the overall rating 5 stars?!? Stunning case. I will not waste my money on another company again, I love this case. Love the feel, love the material, love the design, love the weight of it and I can’t wait to show it off. I feel my fold8 is not only protected but looks luxurious. I love how there’s a cover piece for the front compared to what Samsung offers and I also bought the “kickstand” ring. Highly recommend both. There’s no wobble anymore with the combo. 10/10. Multiple support emails not responded too. Bought as a bundle with oni warrior lens protector. Basically with the lens protector on it protrudes past the rim of the camera protector. When laying this case flat on a table it's resting directly onto the lens now. No support on rectifying this

Best Cover for Fold 7
I have been using at least 6 different cases. The Benks grand Combo is the best of all i had especially related to ease of application, quality of product !!

Noise case

I am very disappointed with this purchase. I struggled to remove dust specks stuck under the screen protector and it broke easily while I was trying to clean it (after the initial installation there was some dust, and i really wanted it to be perfect for the price I'm paying). It's partly my fault but at this price point they really should have included a second one especially since it's not a high end screen protector with privacy (spy filter) or anti-fingerprint or anti-reflective.

Second, the back cover slides whenever I open the phone even though I used the provided adhesives. Even if the kevlar really feels decent and good, this is really annoying for daily use.

On top of that, the front protection is just plastic, so I don't understand the huge price difference between the back cover alone and the full pack. It honestly should have been bundled all together for a fair price. So I'm paying this "high-end" extra for medium quality. It is literally the most expensive case on the market and I end up with an average product.

Unfortunately, this case is unusable. When opening it, the hinge always pushes the top cover away from the phone. Furthermore, the pattern doesn't align when the case is closed. It’s a shame, because I’ve bought the same case before and that one is perfect.
That shouldn't happen, given the high price.

High quality and good design

Mine did not come with any pre-installed sticking strip so I had to use the supplied "extras" Not having the metal ring around the camera feels less premium for a "pro" graded case.

After a bit over a week screen protector started to lift, Benks still has not bothered to respond to my email or reach out about the preinstalled strips and having to use the extras since the email on the 3/8/2026

I bought this after trying maybe 5 or 6 other cases. All others were bulky and just nasty. This one is amazing and will be buying it for my new Fold8 I have coming in soon. Yes i have dropped it a few times and it still looks and feels new!

It seems they never bothered to verify that the screen protector and case are compatible before selling them together.
