I've been using the front/back case as well as the screen protector for almost a week now and I'm very pleased.
The installation is a bit tricky. I made sure to clean my Z Fold 7 with 99% isopropyl alcohol to make sure the adhesive sticks perfectly and lined them up very carefully, but the results are perfect.
I don't know how long the adhesive is going to last, since it's just been a week, but I contacted their support and they said they would send me replacement adhesive so I'm not too worried about that.
One thing to note is that if you don't use the front cover, the hinge cover just sticks out. I don't know why they even bother selling these separately as this was clearly not designed to be used without the front cover. With the front cover everything is flush and it fits perfect, without the front cover the hinge protector just sticks out.
They should have made a separate version with a smaller hinge cover to be sold without the front cover, if they were going to sell them separately.

just got the phone, nice fit.
The hinge from the back case rips off the the portion of the front case that is adhered to the front screen. After less than a day of use, the front screen adhesive doesn't stick to the front screen anymore.
